Pay2Surf.NET Review
This was a site that I stumbled unto as I was browsing different people’s blogs and what they referred as good-paying PTC sites. I was really excited when I saw that they pay $0.02 to $0.05 per ad! I’ve been trying out this site for the last couple of weeks to see what it’s really like. Even though there have been some ups and downs in my experience with this site, I still think that it’s worth it to give it a try.
Company Background
Pay2Surf.NET is registered through GoDaddy.com by Richard Goldsmith from New Zealand. It was created back in April of 2008. Alexa shows that Pay2Surf.NET has a very slow speed rating while Compete shows that they have over 20K unique visitors each month.
How to Earn Money
Members of Pay2Surf.NET can earn credit towards their accounts by clicking on ads. Each ads pays $0.02 in general but I’ve a few that has paid more than that. I’ve been consistently getting 8-12 ads per day to click on for the last couple of weeks, so credit builds up really fast.
Another good thing is that this site pays via PayPal. That’s been one of my requirements so to find something that both pays well and uses PayPal is a big deal to me.
My Impressions
Even though the payment has been really high, the website does run a bit on the slow side. They seem to fetch their ads through some kind of complicated server system and even the list of ads comes up very slow. Once the list is loaded up and the member clicks on the ad, the ad also loads very slowly, hence the counter starts a bit later. The good thing about the site is that once the counter starts, it is a short 20 seconds. This is a very short counter compared to the 30 seconds that other websites want. So, that sort of helps out a little bit.
In the last couple days, the website seems to be running a lot smoother. I don’t know if they had a hardware upgrade or if they worked some kinks out of their code, but whatever it was, it’s been great. That is the main reason why I’ve held back on this review because I wanted to see if they would come around. At this point, with the website running better, I can say that this is a site that I would recommend for people can try out.
Give it a try and let me know how you like it. Since I’m only clicking at night, maybe I’ve got a bad sample in terms of the load on this website server. If there’s a certain time in the day that you click and have been getting good response times, let me know and I’ll update this review. Thanks!

Cash Harvest Review

This site stood out to me because of its distinct banner with the old man and wife. Also, it paid using PayPal, which was one of my criteria when searching for paid-to sites. So what the heck, I might as well sign up and see what this site is all about. Signing up based on a banner, stupid, I know. But hey, this was during my binge of signing up almost every paid-to sites that I came across. I should have known better.
Company Background
Cash Harvest is registered in April of 2008 by Alkiviadis Georgiadis from Thessaloniki, Greece. It is part of TheClickers Network, which also sells PTC scripts for those that wants to run their own PTC sites. It boats a member count of over 9000 with a support forum.
How to Earn Money
Members can earn credit towards their account by clicking licks, reading ads, signing up for offers, promote the website, and refer new members. This site has quite a number of ads available to read, upwards of 100 or more. But, these ads are only worth from $0.0001 to $0.002. That’s a lot of clicking for not a lot of money. Cash Harvest members can also earn 50% worth of referral clicks. Since the initial earning from clicking ads isn’t very high, 50% of such is still not going to pay too well.
Of course, there are other ways to earn in this site. But, I think referral clicks is still going to be the base that the majority of income is from, so I don’t think this site will be worth the effort to click.
Browsing through their forum and seeing people’s payment proofs, most of the ones that I saw were barely over $1.00. If that’s what people are earning in a month, that’s not a lot of money for the work.
My Impression
This is a site that uses a similar script as a few of the sites around, so the UI is pretty familiar by now. This site can’t compare with the other higher-paying sites such as Deals’n’Cash and Hit$4Pay. One of my goals for getting into the world of paid-to sites is to have a little bit of supplemental income but without having to put too much time into it. With the low paying rate per ad, this site doesn’t fit that goal of mine. I’m going to shelf this site for now.

GoldenGoosePTC Review

What caught my eye about this site is the low minimum payout limit at $0.50. I figured that this would be a quick way to cash out and put some money in the bank so off I went to sign up. Little did I know, I was naïve and didn’t think about why the payout limit was so low--it was because they don’t pay much for viewing their ads. This site was a big waste of time.
Company Background
GoldenGoosePTC is registered by Mark Sandifur back in October of 2007. It is part of the Premiere-PTC-Network out of Rossville, Indiana. According to Alexa, its speed ranking is very slow with an average load time of 4.7 seconds.
How to Earn Money
Members of GoldenGoosePTC earn credit in their account by clicking on links, reading ads, signing up for offers, and promoting the site via referral links. The good thing about the site is that they have a lot of ads available. Right now, my account has almost 120 links and ads that I can read. However, out of those ads, I’ve got a few that are worth $0.001 and most of the others are only worth as low as $0.0001. This means that I can click all of my available ads and still earn a little bit more than $0.01. It’s nice to have a lot of ads to click, but I don’t really want to spend my whole night in front of the computer clicking on ads just to get a penny.
My Impression
This site uses the same script that a few of the other paid-to sites that I’ve come across. I assume that script is part of the PTC script package that is offered by the Premiere-PTC-Network. The biggest disappointment is that the pay rate for each ad is so low, in the tenth and hundredth of a cent range. That makes earning money very hard in this program. Sure there are other ways to earn money like such as driving traffic to the site or referring new members, but I think a good paid-to program should be centered on a solid base of downline referrals with a decent earning power from viewing its ads. The other stuff is just bonus on top. Because the pay rate for viewing ads with this site is so low, it is simply not worth it to spend time clicking on ads from here.

NeoBux Review

I stumbled on to this site and saw that they paid their members up to $0.02 per advertisement. That was enough to get me to sign up and see what’s going on. After 8 days of trying, I think I’ve seen enough to make a call on this one, and that call is not a positive one.
Company Background
Neobux is a company based in Herndon, Virginia. The domain was registered in March of this year so it is a relatively recent company. Judging from various traffic flows websites, this site seems to have gotten its peak flow of traffic around August of this year and has since died down to about half of its peak flow volume. I interpret this as the members aren’t as active for one reason or another.
The company emphasize against cheaters and hackers. There are a lot of very different anti-cheat mechanisms to ensure people are not cheating when clicking on their ads. It’s not really a big deal but it does take an extra click here and there. And, every click takes time. I understand why they would implement such a system but I also have to account the time to take extra clicks into my evaluation of the site. After all, time is money.
One big problem with this site that I’ve noticed is that the site is very unstable. I’ve encountered numerous site crashes as a member of the site. There are times where I would not be able to log on to view my advertisements. As modern as this website tries to come off as, I certainly hope they figure out what’s bringing down their site and fix it.
How to Earn Money
Members can click on ads to earn credit in their account. Members get $0.01 for each advertisement they read and they receive $0.005 for each advertisement their referrals read. It also has a referral renting where a member can pay to have someone as their referral on a monthly basis. Another way members can earn is by purchasing jackpot tickets to play for cash prizes or referrals.
A good thing going for NeoBux is that they have a very low minimum payout limit at $2.00. However, the major drawback that I didn’t notice when I signed up was that this company only pays through AlertPay. AlertPay is a third-party financial transaction site much like PayPal. However, unlike PayPal, AlertPay is a company that is located in Canada. Even though many people have used the company without a problem and many paid-to sites use it, I am very weary of giving out my financial to a company outside the States. As a result, I’m staying away from sites that only use AlertPay for the time being. Maybe I’ll change my mind in the future, but for right now, this is a big minus in my book.
My Impression
At this point, I think this isn’t a site that’s really horrible. The earning power of the site may be a little bit low but still manageable if one is able to build a large enough referral base. However, the biggest things that stood out to me is the instability of the site and the sole use of AlertPay as the payment method. Just in writing this review, the site was down two additional times in the span of about 30 minutes. It’s really hard to predict when the site will be up. Also, I’ve pointed out my negativity towards using AlertPay. So, I will not recommend people to use NeoBux unless they really are expanding their list of sites that they are participating in.

Deals'n'Cash Review
DealsnCash is a sister company of Hit$4Pay. Since I was so impressed with Hit$4Pay, I thought I’d give this one a try. I’m glad I looked into this because although the rules for this site are a little bit different, this is another site with great earning potential.
Company Background
DealsnCash is a paid-to-click website much like Hit$4Pay. It is run by Multiple Stream Media, LLC in Saugerties, New York. The domain is registered since June of 2006 so the company has been around for a little while. With all the comings and goings in the world of paid-to sites, that’s a sign of a good and credible company.
How to Earn Money
Members of Hit$4Pay can earn credit to their account in several ways:
Sign-Up Bonus
DealsnCash gives new members a $5 sign-up bonus. Although not quite as much as Hit$4Pay, it is the second highest sign-up bonus of all the paid-to sites that I’ve looked at so far. This is not a bad deal at all!
Read Advertisements
Members receive anywhere from 0 to 10 advertisements a day from DealsnCash. $0.02 can be earned by clicking on the advertisement and allowing the timer to expire without closing the browser. The member’s account is updated with the newly-earned credit immediately after the timer expires.
Referrals
Unlike Hit$4Pay, DealsnCash offers a one level referral system. However, instead of $0.01 per referral click. DealsnCash members earn a whopping $0.02 per referral click. This is the highest amount per referral click BY FAR of all the sites that I’ve seen so far. This makes it even more of an incentive to go out and build up one’s referral base since the money earned from referral clicks add up so fast!
Payout
DealsnCash has the highest minimum payout that I’ve seen at $30. However, with the high earning power from its referral clicks, this shouldn’t pose a problem at all. Just make sure you and your referrals keep clicking and you’ll be well on your way.
My Tips
Referrals, referrals, referrals! Because of the $0.02 referral click earnings, the key to this system is to build up a massive referral base. Even though this is only a one level referral system, the earnings from each of those referrals makes this system well worth it. Using the same earning example of the Hit$4Pay review, with just 10 referrals clicking on 5 ads a day, a member would earn their $30 per month to cash out. This is all without depending on secondary referrals!
My Impression
When I first saw this site, I didn’t notice the $0.02 referral clicks. I assumed that it was the same $0.01 clicks that I get from Hit$4Pay. I just started clicking away without thinking much. I didn’t realize until after I started to gather some referrals clicks that I was getting a much higher amount than I expected. After looking into the number of clicks and the amount I received, I realized that it was $0.02 per click. I couldn’t believe my eyes! I had to double check the FAQ to make sure that my eyes wasn’t playing tricks on me.
At this point, I think this is just as great an opportunity if not better than Hit$4Pay. For someone that is just starting to build his referral base, first level referral clicks is where the money is at. It take a while before the second level referral base to be solid so being able to earn so much from first level referrals is a really good deal. I encourage everyone to start on this program if possible since the initial earning potential is so much higher.
Happy ad reading!

TrustUrBux Review

I joined TrustUrBux because it advertised that they would pay up to $0.01 for viewing their ads and has 10 ads a day. That means that there’s a potential to earn $0.10 per day just from direct clicking. Added with an okay 40% referral program, I thought I’d give it a shot. But, this one didn't work out.
Company Background
TrustUrBux is a relatively new company with its domain registered in April of 2008. The website is registered through GoDaddy.com with bogus contact information. I couldn’t find any other information on the company. So, right off the bat, some of the technical information regarding the company is a bit shaky.
How to Earn Money
Members can earn credit towards their accounts by clicking on links, reading ads, signing up for offers, and read e-mails. I had around three ads available to me per day at the $0.001 to $0.002 range. That is nowhere near the “up to” rate of $0.01. The site also offers various types of premium membership from $30/year to $10/week, but at this time, I would have only received access to 3 extra premium ads. Even at the $0.01 rate, membership probably wouldn’t be worth it.
TrustUrBux has a 40% earnings from referrals. With the purchase of additional premium memberships, the earnings from referrals can get as high as 60%. However, since the ads are so cheap and so few are offered each day, it’s hard to see how that would add up.
The one good thing about this site is that it has a very low minimum payout limit at $3.00. Then again, it’s easy to see why because of the very low earning power from the membership. Even at $3.00, it would take quite a long time with a well-developed downline in order to hit the minimum payout mark.
My Impression
After taking a firsthand look at what is really offered in the members area, I decided not to participate in this program. This program would simply take too much time for the very little earning power it provides. In the announcement section, they note that they’ve made payments of $280, $234, and $97 in the month of September. That is a payout of $611 to its 6079 active members. Although it is only the payout amount and not the credit amount, paying on average of $0.10 per member in a month doesn’t sound very appealing. I would look for some other higher-paying sites before turning to this site for your clicking time.

TrustUrBux Website Update
The TrustUrBux website is down because their account has been suspended due to a billing question with their web hosting. I don't know what this is about but it certainly doesn't look good. Obviously, their members won't be able to click on ads right now since the website is down. I'm not really shedding a tear over it through because it was one of the sites with lower earning powers anyhow. This just makes me even more weary of spending my time there at that site.

Deep-C-Link Review

Deep-C-Link is a website that I came across while looking for additional websites to sign up. It boasts cash e-mails and paid-to-clicks up to $0.03. Since membership is free, I thought I’d give it a shot and try it out. Unfortunately, it didn't turn out so well.
Company Background
Dee-C-Link is a company based out of Montreal, Canada. I couldn’t find out more about the company other than that it is registered to someone named Vicki Jones since October of 2004. So, I presume the company has been around for a while.
How to Earn Money
Members can earn money on Deep-C-Link by clicking on advertisements. The ads on the site are usually $0.00021. I couldn’t find any of the $0.03 advertisements that the front page talked about. There are usually around 10-15 ads to click on per day for members. But at such a low rate per advertisement, that only adds up to around $0.003 from ads in one day.
Deep-C-Link also offers point-based advertisements. Points are used to purchase advertisements if the member has their own advertisements to display. These point-based advertisements can range from 2-5 points per click.
Another way that members can earn money and points is via e-mails. Deep-C-Link sends out a very large quantity of e-mails every day. Starting from when I signed up on October 9th until the time of this writing, I’ve received 293 e-mails from Deep-C-Links, 77 of which are paid e-mails worth $0.0003 and 33 point-based e-mails worth 2 to 7 points each. Even though there are a lot of e-mail advertisements available, it still only came out to $0.0231 for those 77 e-mails. It’s not nearly worth my time to click on all of those messages.
This program does offer a referral system, but it is only set at 28%. Given that the earning rate is so low, 28% of not very much is still going to be not very much. Most of the paid-to sites are built on the earnings of their referrals but unless one builds up a VERY large referral base, it is very hard to make much as a member.
My Impression
I signed up for the membership looking for the $0.03 advertisements but it was the age-old “up to” promise. The advertisements that I actually saw were in hundredths of a cent, which makes accumulating any decent amount of earnings near impossible. I know there are other people out there using this site and this site does pay their members. However, this site is for those that are willing to spend a lot of time clicking on paid-to ads instead of someone who is looking for some decent cash for his time. I am simply not willing to spend the amount of time necessary required by this site in order to make it worth it right now.

Hit$4Pay Review
Hit$4Pay is the paid-to website that really got me interested in paid-to programs. It is an industry leader runned by a reputable company loaded with lots of high-earning perks for its members. I joined the program because of the numerous high-earnings testimonials its members report. I think this is something that would be worthwhile.
Company Background
Hit$4Pay is a paid-to-click website run by Multiple Stream Media, LLC based in Saugerties, New York. Though not a accredited by the BBB, the company has an outstanding BBB rating.
How to Earn Money
Members of Hit$4Pay can earn credit to their account in several ways:
Sign-Up Bonus
Hit$4Pay gives new members a $10 credit just for signing up! It’s a great feeling to start out and have a little bit of padding in your account already. This boost helps a bit to get to that first payday when a new member is building up their referral count. Everyone loves free money!
Read Advertisements
Every day, members are sent anywhere from 0 to 10 advertisements to their Internal Mailbox on the Hit$4Pay website. The member must log into their account and click on the advertisement to receive credit. $0.02 is earned when the member clicks on an advertisement without closing the browser window for a duration of time. The member's account is updated immediately after viewing each of the advertisements. It's a lot of fun seeing the pennies add up.
Referrals
Hit$4Pay has a two-level referral system. Members receive $0.01 for each advertisement his referral reads and $0.01 for each advertisement his referral’s referral read. The key is to build up one’s referral base and those pennies will add up fast!
For example, let’s say that a person signs up just 10 referrals under him. Each of those 10 referrals read an average of 5 advertisements a day. That means a person earns $0.50 a day. If each of those referral has just 1 referral under him and they each read an average of 5 advertisements a day, that would earn the member another $0.50 a day. This means this particular member made $1.00 just from referrals. Extrapolate this earning rate over a month, this member would be able to cash out with a healthy $30 without spending much time managing the account. Of course, active members are constantly adding new referrals and it is not uncommon to hear people who earns upwards of $30-$50 per day from their referrals. This would mean an earning of $900-$1500 for the month!
Here’s a real life example of how much a Hit$4Pay member made in one month:
Payout
Hit$4Pay has a relatively high minimum payout at $25. Even though this may seem like a lot, with the very high earning power through its $0.02 advertisements and $0.01 referrals, the minimum payout value should not be a problem at all.
Another good thing regarding Hit$4Pay is that they pay via PayPal. PayPal has been a long-standing trusted third party for internet transactions for a number of years. It's one thing to give out e-mail addresses, but I shy away from giving untrusted third parties my financial information.
My Tips
For additional tips on how to make this a great experience for you, read through the following websites and see how others have made this system work for them.

My Impression
I really like this program! I was able to gather almost 30 referrals within the first two weeks without spending much time and effort. Other people who are more dedicated than me gather twice if not three times as many referrals in their first few weeks. Even with my relatively low referral count, I’m still well on my way to cashing in my first paycheck soon!
Of all the websites that I'm trying right now, this is the best sites by far. This site gives out a good starting bonus with great earning power and is backed by a reputable company. It also has a healthy amount of ads to read every day. I can't find anything drawbacks to this program. I would recommend this to anyone that is looking to spend a little bit of time every day and earn some extra spending cash on the side. If this is something that sounds interesting to you, please sign up here.

Earning extra spending money using paid-to sites
There are a ton of different paid-to sites out there. I've seen outrageous claims of people making hundreds of dollars for less than an hour's worth of work. Maybe the actual payment isn't really that high but some of these sites are actually legit operations that allows its members to earn some spending money on the side while others are scams sites that never pays its members.
This is my experiment to see how much money can be made from participating in these paid-to sites. I don't expect to quit my day job but hopefully I'll earn some extra cash on the side for not too much work and not too many spam mails. I will post my experiences with these different sites and hopefully you can garnish something from my experience.
