This site stood out to me because of its distinct banner with the old man and wife. Also, it paid using PayPal, which was one of my criteria when searching for paid-to sites. So what the heck, I might as well sign up and see what this site is all about. Signing up based on a banner, stupid, I know. But hey, this was during my binge of signing up almost every paid-to sites that I came across. I should have known better.
Company Background
Cash Harvest is registered in April of 2008 by Alkiviadis Georgiadis from Thessaloniki, Greece. It is part of TheClickers Network, which also sells PTC scripts for those that wants to run their own PTC sites. It boats a member count of over 9000 with a support forum.
How to Earn Money
Members can earn credit towards their account by clicking licks, reading ads, signing up for offers, promote the website, and refer new members. This site has quite a number of ads available to read, upwards of 100 or more. But, these ads are only worth from $0.0001 to $0.002. That’s a lot of clicking for not a lot of money. Cash Harvest members can also earn 50% worth of referral clicks. Since the initial earning from clicking ads isn’t very high, 50% of such is still not going to pay too well.
Of course, there are other ways to earn in this site. But, I think referral clicks is still going to be the base that the majority of income is from, so I don’t think this site will be worth the effort to click.
Browsing through their forum and seeing people’s payment proofs, most of the ones that I saw were barely over $1.00. If that’s what people are earning in a month, that’s not a lot of money for the work.
My Impression
This is a site that uses a similar script as a few of the sites around, so the UI is pretty familiar by now. This site can’t compare with the other higher-paying sites such as Deals’n’Cash and Hit$4Pay. One of my goals for getting into the world of paid-to sites is to have a little bit of supplemental income but without having to put too much time into it. With the low paying rate per ad, this site doesn’t fit that goal of mine. I’m going to shelf this site for now.
